Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description

As a digital marketing associate, you will need to manage tasks such as the creation of advertising materials, generating ideas for adverts and campaigns, creating website content, and designing digital materials and advertisements. 

Responsibility

• Conducting market research to identify customer preferences and potential market opportunities
• Developing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness through digital channels such as search engines, social media, and online advertising
• Developing and managing marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives
• Designing and developing web pages based on client requirements
• Creating content for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms to engage target audiences
• Building relationships with clients by explaining their options, answering questions, and providing support throughout the process
• Monitoring industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for new products or services
• Coordinating with designers, programmers, and other team members to develop new digital tools and features
• Analyzing data to determine marketing effectiveness and make adjustments as needed
• Assist the Marketing Manager in other tasks within the premise of marketing

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a degree in Multimedia Arts, Mass Communications or any related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be able to communicate well in Tagalog & English
• Must be able to conduct efficient and effective analysis and research
• Must have strong communication and presentation skills
• Must be highly organized and with keen attention to detail
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, cutting across all levels of an organization
• Must be resourceful, have initiative, and possess strong leadership skills
• Self-starter, results-oriented and hardworking
• Must be adaptable and flexible
• Must be willing to work in Ayala Makati
