Service Delivery Officer
Responsibilities
As a Service Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the customers. This role focuses on end-user demands as well as internal administrative requirements. Duties include:
Coordinating hardware deliveries to customer
Coordinating and monitoring engineers’ schedule
Monitoring customer support helpdesk, tickets and schedules
Consolidate and summarize engineer’s activity reports
Review project Documentations
Other duties assigned by Project Manager
Building strong relationships with customers and engineers to enable effective coordination
Work with sales team to build and execute an effective customer journey realizing value with ABBE’s product offerings
Qualifications
Experience in Project Coordination
Ability to organize, manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Demonstrates proactive attitude
